What is a Temporary Manager?

Interim Management is the strategic and temporary hiring of highly experienced external managers to lead a company or a specific function.

The Interim Manager provides immediate, high-level expertise where needed: a managerial void, a change project, product development, the realization of an entrepreneurial vision.

The engagement is temporary, and therefore the Interim Manager's goal is to bring the organization to autonomy with flexibility and certain timeframes.

My areas of expertise are in the technical and operations departments: design, laboratory, applied research, warehouses, production, and after-sales service.

When it is needed

Interim Management is useful when companies face difficult times they can't overcome on their own. These challenges may include organizational difficulties, generational change, internal relationship problems, obsolescence of methods and, above all, products and services, or the inability to regain profitability and market effectiveness.

But it's also useful when a company decides to grow: to enter new markets or sectors, to develop new products, or simply to make that qualitative leap that requires skills and methods that aren't yet available internally.

What is ASME Certification?

ASME is the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. It is also a globally recognized quality and safety mark in various engineering sectors, from pressure vessels to steam generators, boilers, bioprocessing plants, and even nuclear power plants.

The ASME Stamp allows certified companies to mark their products, facilitating their entry into the global market and ensuring their safety. Furthermore, ASME is mandatory in almost all US and Canadian states.

I appreciated his "can do attitude" when faced with market needs.

I collaborated with Sebastiano in developing new products and preparing supply tenders. I really appreciated both his approach

Organizing ideas and gathering requirements to find the right balance between technical, commercial, and production needs, which is reflected in his "can-do attitude" when faced with specific market demands. He is able to deploy a strong

technical and technological experience without losing sight of the centrality of customer satisfaction.

Very professional, expecially for his structural working

I was working and knowing Sebastiano from 2004-2012 as an R&D Manager and an international colleague through the realization of some international projects. I was working with him nearly daily over several years. He was working with me very professional, especially

his structural working, his knowledge for project management and his great experience in bringing complex problems into clear structures was a great pleasure for me. I recommend Sebastiano and would immediately like to work with him again.
