Results

Product Development

Led the development of new product lines in uncharted territory for the company, transforming the entrepreneurial vision into a concrete portfolio within a high-margin sector. The result: measurable EBITDA growth.

Order and method were restored to existing lines through a standardization and modularization process that unlocked production efficiency. The "as late as possible" configuration logic was introduced, reducing lead times and restoring system responsiveness.

The installation experience has been reimagined by integrating ergonomics, industrial design, and aesthetic flexibility: products that are quicker to assemble, easier to customize, and capable of adapting seamlessly to different environments and contexts.

Organization and Quality in the Technical Office

A technical office left without a staff after all employees left was rebuilt from scratch. Operational continuity was first ensured, then a new team was built around three fundamental pillars: organization, trust, and motivation.

We designed and implemented customized planning and scheduling systems for teams of all sizes. A model capable of mapping and balancing high- and low-value activities through a skills matrix: the result is a true understanding of the workload, effective planning, and the ability to channel energy where it really matters.

Led the introduction of PLM, new CAD systems, and record retention solutions, redesigning operational flows and aligning all internal stakeholders along the way. Simplified and streamlined BOM generation and management processes, eliminating unnecessary complexity and restoring fluidity to daily work.

Organization and Quality in the Factory

Coordinated a project to reduce spare parts delivery times for large-scale retail trade, achieving an ambitious goal: 95% of shipments processed within 24 hours. This goal was achieved by eliminating non-value-added operations and optimizing the remaining ones.

A visual system was introduced for managing complex projects: from phase planning to activity scheduling, from tracking missing materials to providing feedback for redesign. The result was a tangible improvement in the OTD and a new ability to manage unexpected events and emergencies with clarity.

A measurement laboratory was created and managed from scratch: designing the environments, selecting the instruments, defining the method, and building the team. From that foundation, applied research processes were born, leading to the development of new products, which today represent a benchmark in the market and a leading position for the company.

A visual floor-level system has been implemented to manage the incoming material flows in the high-rotation warehouse, bringing the acceptance lead time exactly to the required value.

Certification

We offer comprehensive system and product certification courses—PED, Machinery Directive, ASME—for machinery, component, and plant manufacturers. This process goes beyond document compliance to redesign business processes, align the functions involved, and build a lasting quality culture.

System certification requires extensive work: process mapping, identifying regulatory gaps, defining shared operating procedures, and staff training. It's not just about "passing the exam," but about bringing the organization to a genuine and sustainable level of maturity.

The most significant result is the compliance achieved at the first Assessment or Joint Review, without surprises — the result of the quality of preparation and the ability to communicate with the notified bodies with full technical mastery.
