My identity
It all starts here...
...everything starts... with Values, Mission and Vision
The Vision
There is no end to improving.
Perfection does not exist and therefore there is no limit to the improvement of organizations and ourselves.
The Mission
I live in an area made up of small and medium-sized family businesses, which form the our social and economic backbone.
I work to support, evolve, and preserve this industrial environment. I love engaging with entrepreneurs to realize their visions.
The Values
Fatigue
"Hard work" is an old-fashioned word that means a lot to me. I'm aware that achieving results requires hard work.
Transparency
I want to create open and transparent relationships where we can engage in respectful and rational discussion. That's why I like to listen.
Challenge
I'm energized by objectives that challenge myself and organizations. Only with clear, concrete, and challenging objectives we can achieve conscious and lasting improvement.
Curiosity
Curiosity leads me into fields I never thought I'd be in. It drives innovation and experimentation. Broadening my horizons into unfamiliar fields and blending different sectors allows me to create new products, ideas, and possibilities.
Treatment
The complexity of the current context requires attention to what is above all else - the big picture, the vision - and attention to what lies beneath, namely - the finer details.

challenge
Driven by challenging goals. Only with clear, concrete, and challenging goals can you achieve conscious and lasting improvement.
A project. A working method.
Fresno was an accomplished engineer who taught me that changing fields is not a problem, but an asset.
That starting your own business is a challenge worth taking.
The legacy: to be a source of inspiration and courage for young people.
Why Fresno?

Temporary Management
- It suits my personality: I thrive on change, I feel comfortable in situations that require effort to generate and maintain organizational change and introduce new products.
- I'm curious: I like learning about new industries and developing new ideas by combining different experiences.
- I enjoy engaging with entrepreneurs on an equal footing to realize their visions and make a concrete contribution.
- The social and industrial fabric of my area is made up of family-run SMEs. I feel a duty to help maintain and develop them.
ASME
Inspector
- Highly specialized technical work. It requires careful preparation and ongoing training. Codes are updated every two years, annual commissioning, and exams for each endorsement. It excites me; few people have this expertise.
- I enjoy visiting customers, visiting companies, entering technical and production offices, seeing what is actually being made, and discussing the products.
- The ASME fields are diverse: I see very different companies and products, and I am continually enriching my experience.
- Understanding different realities and delving into the issues allows me to meet companies that need Temporary Management support.
A look from multiple perspectives
It represents a stylized face divided into positive and negative, a symbol of duality, perspective, and complementarity. It means integrated vision and the ability to simultaneously observe different perspectives
